Fast becoming an icon of the establishment, the Poolside Steakhouse Restaurant is the heart of our operation. Beautifully decored with a minalistic approach boasting wicker furnishings, floor to ceiling glass walls with vast openings to create a fresh beach atmosphere - perfect for casual dining!

Operating from 7am for breakfast our daily morning buffet featuring freshly cooked crispy bacon, hash browns and a selection of eggs is an institution!

Whilst our lunch and dinner menu selection is in line with our dining philosophy. Boasting high quality MSA graded steaks meticulously sourced, in accordance with preset standards, from Western Queensland and on display in our dedicated meat cabinet for patrons to select. Our steak selection provides the discerning diner with an offer of 8 premium cuts including an ‘1824’ t-bone, Wagyu rib fillet and Black Angus sirloin. All of our meat is quality assured for freshness and superiority. In addition to our steaks, the Steakhouse menu offers a diverse range of alternative options including, but not limited to, Spicy buffalo chicken wings, Grilled Atlantic Salmon and Chargrilled Mediterranean beef salad. As if this was not enough choice, the Steakhouse also boasts a gourmet pizza menu cooked to perfection.

Of course as a family friendly environment, the children have not been overlooked. The Steakhouse offers a dedicated children’s menu, featuring a selection that includes steak, fish, spaghetti and pizza.
